Recent News:

Nigel Tindall, the Fryer for Welton Kedgeree, is taking part in a trek to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in order to raise funds towards the Charity; The Royal National Mission To Deep Sea Fishermen. The Charity provides support to the families in which family members are in the Deep Sea Fishing Industry, in which around 25 UK Based vessels sink and over 68 fishermen sadly lose their lives each year. Here is the start of Nigel's story:

 

"I Don’t Do Heights!! ...AGHHH!!

…So to reach the 19,340ft 'summit of Kilimanjaro will no doubt be an out-right Challenge!! (…training began in May with the summit of Mt Snowdon reached, but at a respectful 3,560ft - I clearly have a much bigger mountain to climb on the final quest!)

What have I let myself in for…?"
